AVIOD!!! The most unprofessional and unreliable Dentist in Watford! I was booked into the have a checkup and consultation with someone. My appointment was at 9am and ensured I arrived on-time. However, as I got there the doors were locked and I couldn't see anyone at the reception desk. I waited a good 5 minutes until the receptionist opened the doors. As I went in I was asked to fill in some forms and make a payment for my appointment. I was told to wait in the waiting area and that someone will come and get me. I was sat waiting for 25 minutes. I went over to the reception desk and stated that I have been waiting for a long time. The receptionist very rudely confirmed that someone will be with me in 1 minute. Finally my name was called and I complained to the Consultant that I have waited nearly half an hour for my appointment. She apologised and said that "The roads were very icy hence and the staff were late". As I took a seat for the lady to examine me, she asked me why I was here today, I confirmed that i would like a consultation on Invisalign and Composite bonding. The lady apologised and said "Unfortunately, i am not trained to give you advice on any Invisalign treatments." I asked why I WAS NOT told about this on the phone when making the booking, and she shrugged her shoulders and said i'm sorry. I stormed out and went down to reception to obtain my refund. Another very very very rude receptionist processed my refund, however constantly rolled her eyes at me. When I told her what had happened she said appointments were late due to a broken chair!!!!! Absolute liars! She shouted at me in front of another patient and was very unprofessional! I am never ever going back to them again. Please please please avoid!!!!

I had to have 2 of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday, this procedure was carried out by Dr Olusanya and an assistant (named Maria, I believe). I went in very frightened, but was soon put at ease - the surgeon spent a good while before the procedure answering every single one of my questions, and explaining the process and aftercare in great detail. He even showed me my x-rays and explained where all of my nerves were, and any possible risks associated with the surgery. The procedure itself was almost like a dream - after inserting the injections into my gums, I thought the surgeon had inserted a mouth mirror to look at my teeth, but I felt something fall on to my tongue - it was my tooth! Within about 1 more minute, the second tooth was out too. I cannot get over how fast this surgery was, and how little blood was involved (I didn't see any!) - I am putting this down the surgeon's great skill at what he does.Thank-you so much to Dr Olusanya and Blue Cross Dental Care. I can't believe I am writing this, but I had such a wonderful experience having my wisdom teeth removed :). I will be returning to this surgery for my future dental care, as I know I am in good hands.P.S .- The teeth were taken out so expertly that today is the day after my surgery, but I am experiencing no pain.

My partner had a crown put in after falling down while pregnant and banging her face and breaking her front 2 teeth, the pain lasted 3 weeks after the work was done could not eat and hardly drink any fluids to a point she has lost 8lb in weight had a 2nd appointment to try find out why there was so much pain rude dentist said there is nothing wrong. Went to another dentist and they have told her she has a really bad infection due to not being cleaned before the crown was put in and is now on anti-biotics.

Thanks so much Dr.Dedia very smiling and friendly doctor, I am very glad that it helped me very well, once again thanksValentina

I visited this dentist as an emergency with a raging abscess, they saw me immediately when my own dentist wouldn't. After some follow-up care I had an extraction this afternoon. Losing a tooth is never pleasant but the beautiful dentist that attended me was gentle professional and kind. I have now joined this practice after 30 years at my previous due to the wonderful care I've received. What a fabulous team you are, faith is restored, I'll be back in the new year for the hygienist.
