I highly recommend this shop and the staff. Over the years I have been in several times with questions. These have always been dealt with well by knowledgeable and friendly staff and I have always received the information I needed. I have bought several items with the help of staff advice and these have been exactly what I needed. In all instances I have not been pressed to buy and, rather, have been simply directed at what was most suitable and left to make my own decision freely.
A good size Apple store with lots (if not, all) the Apple products that it has to offer. The store always seem to be busy when i visit Watford. Helpful staff were present at all times. Great for visiting the store to view new products. Recommend
One of my favorite store in Intu mall. Have purchased/collected all of my apple products here. The staffs here are very friendly. Either new product purchase/collection or service at the genius bar, they tried to provide 100% perfect and smooth experience. Most of the time the advice is "how to fish" instead of "giving a fish".
Its apple! Enough said. Big store with all products on display so you can have a good play before deciding. There is some early morning genius bar support as a walk in but otherwise you need to book in advance to speak to the I.T guru's
Always a nice experience visiting Apple, visiting for a repair , monetary expectations were high but turn around fast for the time of year, lovely friendly knowledgeable staff. Always consistent. Keep it up Apple.
