I phoned up smart cover insurance after paying money to them as my tumble dryer broke down they said they won't refund my money and there's nothing they can do very bad company stay away they said I would have to pay 250 for someone to come out and look at it witch is more than a new tumble dryer there a joke and I wish I never paid them a penny they said to me I had to wait till my 1st payment to come out of my account and then they would send someone out which was a lie jus to get the money now it's pass the 14 days so they can't do nothing and not refund my money they are liers souks be shut down
Shocking scam . If you try to make a valid claim they put every obstacle in your path.. They only ever take a message and promise to call back - waiting 1 week now from breakdown of our washer with no progress. They also demand copies of driving licence, passport, bank statement etc and pictures of the washing machine. Anything to avoid paying out. Beware the other reviews you see online, most are fake . Avoid
