Half the washing machines are always broken, the ones that do work are in a disgusting state and will refuse to accept your 20p coins. If you do manage to get the dryers working, don't worry; the program will halt halfway through for no reason and you'll return to find your clothes either thrown on the floor or in a basket still wet. Be prepared to turn up with hundreds of 20p coins as well, despite only accepting this coin no change is given by the staff. You'll have to go to a bank beforehand to get the coins you need.
I used this launderette today and would like to thank the staff for their cheerful and helpful service. The machines were clean and efficient and the launderette is comfortable and well equipped (plentiful baskets etc). I chose to stay while my wash completed but service washes are available and the staff completed these with care and attention. I wouldn't hesitate in using this place again.
Have used this laundromat a couple of times. The staff are so helpful and take good care of my clothes. They transfer the load to the dryers so I don't have to wait around. Ironing service provided also which is super handy! Great people! Would definitely recommend!

Though the young woman who was working was very helpful, the launderette is very dirty. The washing machine draws are full of old soap and the benches and floor are dirty and sticky. Only 3 of the 6 tumble dryers were working, with one of those reserved for staff. A shame as they have obviously made a real effort to make customers comfortable with chairs, magazines and plenty of laundry baskets etc. A really good deep clean and a few repairs needed.
