Went along today to ask how to get a copy of a birth certificate. I was greeted by a lovely, polite and very helpful man. He gave me all the information I needed including Web site and how to access what I need. We'll done Watford for employees like this, a credit to you.
We got married at Watford Registration Office, I cannot be more grateful with them, everything was perfect before, during and after the wedding. The staff is lovely, helpful and supportive. Thank you very much indeed.

My Step daughter got married to day at the registry office. Not the first time I have attended a wedding there but the first time I was met with a not very pleasant registrar. Quite surly, condescending and impatient. Maybe she was having a bad day but it was our wedding and slightly marred by her attitude. I wasn't the only one of the attendees who thought so either.
