Good service helpful staff great variety of pets and products Good service staff are helpful and knowledgeable and great pets there. Buying a animal can never be easier. I believe the knowledge of the employees are good on animals however some animals can be kept in small spaces in which I believe an improvement can be made. Also to add to my point special attention should be kept on feeding and enriching the lives of the animals in your care. For customers reading this its a great place for supplies despite some reviews talking about the shelves not being stocked and well in my opinion its ok. If your buying a pet of looking for pet supplies go there
Very good. Went there and purchased a hamster. They took care in making sure the hamster wasnt at all ill and informing me on everything about it. The service was AMAZING as they came and vet checked the hamster whilst we paid for the cage and other things. They even checked that we had everything we needed and if we saw anything that we may want to get in their personal cages. Overall 5 stars.
Good for all your pet needs, has a vets and grooming. Large variety. Easy parking always space to park too. Only downside you rarely find staff on shop floor for advise or help
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. There's also a great variety of products for all types of pets. I have a dog and they have everything he needs at a reasonable price. Saves going to different shops to buy his food, toys, medication etc.
Very nice store although the parking can be busy. I was making use of the Vets which is also in store. Good service throughout. The atmosphere was calm and the check children like looking at the different animals while I was looking around the store. This is also a good place to purchase fish and accessories.
