Rude Pharmacist, Awful Costumer Service! Police might come and visit you.I don't really know how to start this review? As a small local business supporter, I really never gave any sort of reviews to busnisses because I am very well aware of the fact that behind a family running business are, family members lives, wellbeing, economy etc, but in this case I really cannot tolerate this pharmacies treatment of my two years old son me and wider families life.My History with the Pharmacy:Begining of December 2018, My two years old son was in terrible pain, after the GP visit, as most people do is going to the pharmacy.This is exactly what I did, without even immagining that a normal purchase will be our nightmare.My son screaming in pain, I had him in my arm went inside the pharmacy, the pharmacist was alone, no costumers before us, he was kind of facebooking/messaging, he gave me the impression that he wasn't happy to be disturbed somehow, I said hello but in return we received a very bad look. I gave to him the presctiprion and he was very, very slow on processing it. I asked him if he could please be bit quicker? He said no, he can't. At this point I asked him back for my prescription, and went to the next pharmacy. For me everything finished there. But I was wrong, as a couples of days back (5/6 weeks after this the awful costumer service) I had two police officers at my door.The reason of the visit? I have been aggressive to the pharmacist? I asked how I was aggressive towards him? She said well I don't, probably he did not like the fact that you took the presctibtion from him.Seriously considering legal action against the pharmacy with my family lawyer, and a complaint to the Independent Police Complaints Commission against the two officers harassing me and causing stress and anxaity to my and my family.
AWFUL TERRIBLE AVOID!!RUDE, INEFFICIENT, USELESS, TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE, RUDE PHARMACIST. WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SO CALLED PHARMACIST'
One of the best pharmacies in London , execellent service and very helpful staff always very knowledgeable if I have any questions about my condition, I couldnt recommend anywhere better to go!
