Worst company to ever do a job for me, completely unprofessional. Dont turn up on time and incredibly poor customer service. Embarrassing level of politeness. Would AVOID at all cost.

Iain I was surprised to read your comment, Ive been working for KB for a number of years and Ive always found them to be extremely fair. Its a shame youve left it 20 years to write your review!

I bought a house with a megaflow that was installed about 10 years ago by this company. There's a big sign next to the installation saying that they fitted it with their address and phone number. I called them up to ask for a quote for moving the installation into the loft and I received a call back saying that because they'd had a dispute with the house builder 10 years ago they wouldn't be able to do any work for me!!I explained that I've only just bought the house and that I have nothing to do with the house builder or the previous owner and that all I'm interested in is getting a quote as a new customer for which I would be paying, but the lady wasn't interested! They wouldn't do any work for me because of their history with someone else!I dread to think what would happen if I had engaged them to do some work for me and paid them and then had a problem!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Had to give 1 star but would give 0!Worst company ever! Worked on all the properties at Canterbury Park, Ware, and every single property has an issue. Messed up our whole heating system and cannot provide answers, 3 specialists have looked at their work in bemusement. Avoid if you can!!!!
