Entirely terrible!!! Would give -5, shame I have to put one star! Its not a star in any way!!Absolutely arrogant rude woman employee behind the counter... not helpful, and incredibly condescending.... she is incapable at any level of positive or neutral customer service, comes easily to her to isnult customers over and over again! Awful experiences more than 5 times now. Tiny crammed shop. Do not enter here, terrible local store. Would recommend to anyone to go to another local post office / general store branch.

The lady on the counter has the worst attitude ever- straight away on the defence if you ask for some help..assumes you should know everything about how the post works! would never use their services if I could help it!
