Good indoor shopping experience is provided in this great mall. There are variety of shops and usually various discounts. There are various options for eating or just having a cap of hot drink with a cake. The Waitrose grosser store on the top floor of John Lewis provides a free coffee or tea even with the smallest purchase. There will be a cinema and more restaurants and shops coming in 2018 being presently developed in the extension part of the shopping centre. It is place must visit if visiting Watford.
Great for families with young children. Very well catered there in that respect and I commend the centre for that! Only 4 star because there are no electric car chargers in kings car park and also parking pricing + paying for charging is a bit pricey when Tesco Extra is free for both ( which makes me go there a lot)
Brilliant shopping experience. Can't rate it enough. Everything you need and want under one roof!! Love it!!Little cars for little people to drive around in too which makes shopping with a little one far easier. Could do with more lifts for accessing different floors with said child car though.
Lovely place! Great shops. We took my son to see Santa and he absolutely loved it! He got to ride in the cars and we also went on the Christmas train! Such a great atmosphere. Had such a awesome day. As Im not from the area. It was a day out to remember. :)
Lots of shops, even some for men as they are dragged around by wives and girlfriends. Update for December 2018 - The newly renovated end look great, has some great new shops and there are now loads of extra places to eat just outside. There is also a new cinema, making the area much better to visit.
