I agree - if you speak to the right employee, if you know your rights and read about the law - you can get a replacement Panasonic LX100 camera, which is widely known to need frequent service. I am a happy customer - I had to insist, but in the end, it was worth it. SRS definitely has me as a lifetime loyal customer now. Highly recommended even from overseas buyers like me !
