Decent train station considering the number of passengers who use it. Generally clean. There are waiting areas near platform 6 and platform 8. Toilets near platform 6.
Busy station with big car park but drop off access is limited.
This station has very poor signage regarding how to get to London Overground from mainline platforms. This caused me to miss my connecting London Overground device resulting in an hour delay in my journey. Usually TFL stations are very well sign posted. Not this one.
Good trains to get to London and up north. Ive never witnessed a delay with London midland.
Very good service into London.The station also comes with a few coffee shops in which you can sit down and have a coffee break while you wait for your train or just used as a normal coffee shop.
