Good vet, looks after my dog very well.

AMAZING service. They definitely care alot about their animals making sure to inform you on anything your not sure about and making sure the hamster is not anxious and has the correct stuff to live a full life. You can put all the stuff you need near the till and they will check it is everything that you need or are curious about. You can then complete your documents over ownership of the pet. Whilst you pay they will vet check the hamster to make sure it is happy and healthy.Everyone was so nice. I have enclosed a picture of my little 2 month old hammy i got from their just 2 days ago (for me) 17/1/18

The fat lady vet at the Watford store is so rude, has no empathy at all, absolutely no people skills and to top it all hasn't got a clue what she's talking about.Have been going here for a while now and they gladly take your money but have no idea what's wrong with your pet. Will never go back. For your pet's sake go to a proper qualified vet who understand animals and their ailments !!!

Everyone at this vet surgery is brilliant. Very friendly and very helpful. Having a cat and moving place to place I used loads of different surgeries. This surgery and one other in Berkshire are so far the best ones I have used. This vet surgery makes me feel at ease, what makes my cat more relaxed too. Thank you so much to everyone for being so lovely and helpful

1 start because none is not an option. For few last years I was very happy with the vets, I stayed with them even when I moved. Now it seems like they simply don't care. I went there recently with my dog for a simple procedure of nail clipping. All done and picked up my dog few hours later. She had reciting to the medicine they gave her and poor sweetie had a massively upset stomach as a result. I took her back in just so the nurse can take her some medicine without even checking up in her. When I allied them few hours later I was told they cant see me and I should contact out of hours. This is an emergency and they telling me that they fully booked. And they cant refer me to hospital because they cant do that without seeing dog first and they cant see her because, yes you guessed right, they fully booked. In case of emergency you should drop everything. Its almost if doctor say, sorry mate, I cant save your life now as I gave other appointments booked. This is what happen when vets start caring about their incomes more that animals. Very disappointed with them and after 4 years together will seriously consider searching for another vet!!!!
