I'd like to make an amendment to this review in order to reflect the latest update I got in regards to what James, manager from the customer services team, explained to me personally on the phone on the 18/12/2018. They are currently making some upgrades in the JSA portal, upgrades that will definitely ease the process of receipt submission. He kindly listened to my complain and apologized for not providing the level of service they normally do with the rest of the umbrella customers. Besides this, he also asked me if there was anything they could do to improve their level of customer support. I could talk to him frankly about my personal experience. He listened carefully and offered me a compensation for any detriment caused, he also provided me with his own business email address in case I need more assistance in the future. I now have the ethical responsibility of adding these lines and increasing the grade of the original review to summarize my entire experience with JSA. Submitting direct expenses is a painful process that takes weeks to sort out.There's no single advisor/account manager assigned to your case so you lose continuity having to go over to explaining the same thing again and again. I have used JSA services on a number of occasions and Maria Constantinou has always been a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and always happy to go the extra mile. The thing that stands out the most is that she knows how to communicate effectively, which always ensures a simple process.
Angela at JSA is second to none, attentive, good attention to detail and gets things done, always gives great advice and my contractors that sign up with JSA are all very happy, get paid on time and are all compliant which is important for them. Angela's manager Maria is also always on hand to help when Angela isn't available.
