Have been using their accounting service for a good while and have found them absolutely brilliant. Connor Dineen is the accounts manager and he's faultless. Also fantastic customer service. Highly recommend them.
Very poor - never call back back when they say they will, don't respond to emails, don't respond to messages left on the portal. Now have HMRC hounding me every two weeks for outstanding PAYE which is now showing 2p per day interest and warning of Debt collection agencies and bailiffs - it's ok though it's all in hand and they WILL call me back - um, no you won't, I'll be making the Same call in a couple of weeks. You have been warned.
They are always helpful and if I have questions they take all the time to answer even if I ask the same question 3 times haha. Everything gets done on time so I don't risk to get in any trouble with the tax man. Highly recommended.
as a new business starter I do really appreciate the approach of guys in Numbermill (especially Mr C.D.). No company is perfect, but with this one I always had good feeling of satisfaction from very good understanding of my inquiries and they arrange everything as was agreed.
