Laxmi is great . she does amazing job and im always happy with waxing and eyebrows . she is very precise and always make sure things are done properly .
Absolutely awful service. Phoned up for an appointment was pleased to find they could see me in one hour. Turned up, sat down...waited and waited. Then asked how long it would be (they never once apologised for being late) was then asked if it would be ok if I came back in the afternoon because she was looking after her child...REALLY?! Wow
