I dont know how this place has been highly rated. Unprofessional and awfully rude manager and barely trained to do decent nails staff. If you request something further to be done to correct the bodged job, the manager comes over and insults you and demands payment. Horrible woman and would never come here. Its a money laundering havern and they cannot do decent nails. Avoid at all costs.

Went to this shop at 9am this morning, they had just opened. They didnt seem overly busy, all I wanted to do was get my toe nails painted and was told sorry we are fully booked all day. There was not an offer of trying to fit me in. Its not like I wanted a lot done. Was told to book and come another day. Ridiculous! Wont be going back again. Absolutely zero customer service.
