We had a birthday party here at the beginning of January 2019 which was quite disappointing - we didn't get some of the things that should have been included in the package, they over-charged us, service was very slow for drinks and they forgot to do the birthday cake. Customer service afterwards was pretty awful too. We definitely won't be visiting again.
I'm in the cinema at the moment and watching adverts about creams and other bu11sh1t. And then finally some movie trailers. And all that took about 25-30 minutes. Kids almost finished their popcorn and drinks before movie even started. Are you serious? Do I recommend? No. Or there is another option - come half an hour later to be on time for the movie.
Booked my daughter's birthday party here, two out of the three lanes had faults and took 25 minutes to resolve. Resulting in the first group having to hang about while the others finished, party host seemed disinterested and was more interested in chatting with other members of staff. Food was disappointing and when asked to cut the cake it took 25 minutes to do.We did receive a discount and additional games at a later date, children enjoyed it. Would not recommend booking a party here until improvements are made.
Had my son 5 birthday party here. It was ok. Our host was very very good, really looked after us and tried his best with everything he was doing, but the rest of the staff just weren't bothered. We booked for the VIP and the only thing about VIP about it was the space. Won't be doing a party here again.
The place is short staffed with poorly trained young people. The member of staff serving drinks was left by himself to take orders and make drinks, he clearly struggled. Unfortunately to myself I ordered milkshakes. After about 15 mins wait he produced two tiny bottles of room temperature sickly sweet milk for 6.58. That WAS NOT a milkshake, so I asked for a refund (our game has by then finished with me missing several of my goes). The member of management team refused to process a refund and kept repeating the same tune that "the milkshake is made according to the company's spec and he is unable to process a refund". He suggested I contact the head office and refused to give me his name (none of them wear name badges). I've never come across customer service as poor as this, I just felt frustrated and helpless. I was served something that clearly wasn't as described and supposed to be, I had a right to reject it and get a refund (Consumer Rights Act). Instead I had to listen bu***hit about company's spec and walk away with nothing. Will never go back to this place again!
