Quick & efficient - thank you all for looking after my car & keeping me mobile when my car had a slight set back
Not the best experience with this garage. Had my BMW serviced here, wasn't until I got home I realised my dust caps were missing. Subsequently my service log book and other BMW parts which live in my boot have gone walkies too. Tried calling but never get through.
Parts department seem excellent. Ordered some parts for a mini gen 2, they got them in next day. Bloke was polite / helpful. Parts counter open till 6pm. Will use again as the speed they got the parts in from was great. Pics of parts dept posted, its round corner from main entrance, near the car wash.
Highly recommend. Very polite and friendly stuff. Everything is at the expected high standard, even the prices compared to other places but the sentence 'pay cheap-pay twice ' works in full in this occasion which is pretty understandable.
Nice offices , quick and efficient drop off process. However they had the wrong phone number which I corrected. However they took no note of this and called the old number?! minor error but not the German efficiency they had displayed to that point. Also sent me a very slick video during the service.
