I went to this Kwik Fit on a Wednesday afternoon. I had new front brake discs and pads fitted approximately 6 months ago, for about 250. This week the steering wheel started shaking when braking on motorway at speeds above 50 mph. The staff put the car on the roller and diagnosed that the discs had warpped (deformed). They changed the discs and pads free of charge, as the original components had 1 year/ 12, 000 miles warranty. So I am happy that I didn't need pay for a new set of components again, but worried that these might only last me 6 months too- the warranty is valid for only the remaining 6 months /miles of 12, 000 miles. I spent about 1hour 15mins at the centre. I also got the front wheels balanced and got the alignment done as well, as I do a lot of motorway mileage. The branch manager was polite and helpful, other staff members were OK.
Very quick and professional service! Phil says as it is and gets job done in no time. I'm definitely going back and would recommend it to anyone.
Managed to fit me in both days on v short notice. Even jump started my car for me when battery went dead! Polite, efficient and local. Will defo b using again. Thanks to manager Phil (I think his name was) :)
Did a good job at a good price, even though the repair was more fiddly and took longer than first thought. Only reason I haven't rated this higher was the customer service when I booked: your representative was not easy to communicate with (though he obviously knows his job). Can you please help your staff with communication skills?
I've used the Bushey Mill Lane (Watford) branch of Kwik Fit for several years and have always found them excellent. The staff, particularly the manager, are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them.
