Not impressed at all! It has taken them over 5 was months to refer me!!! I hadnt heard anything (despite chasing) so had to endure months of pain on and off. When I did finally manage to speak to the dentis, I was told they hadnt referred me. This is not the kind of service I would expect and I feel they were full of excuses. I was also pushed into signing all sorts of papers confirming that Id get other treatments done from them and Im beginning to wonder if this is why I was never referred (so I would be forced into get treatment done from them first). I am not happy to continue any further services from them due to a breakdown of trust in this practice. Overall its been a very unethical and disappointing experience and Im questioning any positive review on here as waiting over 5 months just to be referred is Abysmal!! ...And now Ill have to wait further for an appointment so can you imagine it will probably end up being a year till I get my problem sorted.Note to the practice: as per data protection please ensure you are not giving away my personal details in your response (if I actually get one as its taken over 5 months just to speak to someone who knows anything at all).
I have been attending happy smiles for just over a year for cosmetic teeth straightening using the Invisalign and I cannot be happier with the service I have received. They have been very attentive and friendly on every visit and of course my teeth look perfect to me now. They really went that extra mile.
Awful experience - don't waste your time or money.
Amazing service from Dr Mavani and his team, would recommend to anyone looking for a local dentist, particularly if considering getting invisalign braces. Communication is brilliant, you always get a call back if you leave a message (or if you don't). A very welcoming, bright and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend to people of all ages! Definitely 5 stars !
There literally isnt a Dentist like this man.This feels like more of a calling than a job for him, as he truly wants to support and take care of you.So kind and professional and I just wish him every success in all he does.A complete role model for other Dentists,as well as the entire industry!
