Just moved to the area and hadn't been to a dentist in a while- I registered and had an appointment within a week.Receptionists and dentists were both really nice.I had to have a filling redone and they did it there and then.Would highly recommend! Very competent and lovely people!!
The worst dental practice ever. You will never ever get an emergency appointment. If you are in pain they will only advise you to call 111. They are only capable of doing routine checkups. I suffered from mouth infection and they refused to see me. Even though I called two days continuously. They will not make any effort to accommodate you an emergency. Receptionist told me this is an extremely busy dental and I can look for another practice. Most of the dental practice have policy of sit and wait in an emergency but they dont. If you are registered with them pray you wouldnt have sudden toothache or any infections.
Was terrified of Dentists and Hadn't been for years. I strongly recommend this practice. Treated with respect, dignity and the complete experience was highly professional. Excellent!Thank you Miss Ghandi.
Emergency NHS - the best experience by far...Have called at 9am this morning, 06/07/18 to get an emergency appointment just to be told they will take my details and will call me back within an hour as they have a priority for their patients (me being non patient), yet I had hopes. The lovely receptionist CALLED ME BACK within an hour to confirm my booking for an hour later (BRILLIANT)and they have taken my details over the phone so all I had to do when arrived just to sign the form. I was so HAPPY to be seen so fast. Got in & was served in a professional manner. Was seen within 7 minutes of arriving (have arrived at exact appointment time my own fault). The dentist was brilliant and knew straight away how to help me. No one likes to spend money but this practice at least doesn't overcharge you for the service received. Just to summaries it : What a perfect experience I HAD and my tooth looks brilliant again. Thank you so much. I will be visiting Watford Dental Practice any time I or my family/friends have an emergency etc. Have already shared my experience with family and colleagues.
Having had previously negative experiences with Dental practices, I was nervous when coming here for the first time. Right from the outset, the reception team put me at ease. They were very friendly, made me feel comfortable and able to ask lots of questions. The dentist was the best I have ever experienced. Her relaxed welcoming approach was so refreshing and she took time to explain to me everything about the treatment I needed, why I needed it and gave me all the different options. Her bedside manner is outstanding. I highly recommend this practice.
