I cannot say enough about the staff at Holywell. So helpful and courteous always and I've never had long waiting time. I would also like to especially mention Dr. Sandip Pramanik - very kind and understanding doctor and arranged a further appointment so quickly for me. Very much appreciated at a worrying time.
Very poor customer service. Receptionist is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They gave my son wrong form and was sent back due to incomplete details. Then when came back with the complete details. They said it was a wrong form no apology received.
Rude, insulting and inaccurate. Receptionists think they are Gods. Practice has gone downhill and the doctors jump to conclusions and clearly no-one wants to be there. Unfortunate for the patients attending.
Complete joke, Ive been waiting for an appointment for a week, took day off work just to hear that "doctor doesnt feel well and is not coming today", so they want me to wait another week...
I wouldn't recommend this practice. The receptionists are not well prepared and one of them particularly is very rude and unprofessional. They don't treat people well and with respect when they check in. They are the first point of contact and should do a better job. However, one of the gp's and nurses were nice and helpful.
