Worst gp surgery I have ever been. Rude, moody and unhelpful receptionists. I suggest customer service training, especially blond headedmiss. To shout or ignore customers is not a solution. The sign on the wall asking to be respectful to surgery staff is kind a funny here, simply because Ladies in reception are awfully RUDE. You have to earn respect. Awful awful awful
