BE WARNED. I took a dress tunic into Cassio dry cleaners a week in advance of an event because I mistakenly thought they would do a good job. Confirmed with the counter on drop off that the ribbons were delicate and he stated "no problem". Picked up the tunic on the day of the event. All the medal ribbons were frayed and the tunic was completely unwearable. No phone call in advance to enable me to rectify problem. No apology, just an embarrassed laughter from the lady behind the counter. No offer of non payment. Appalling service. Never to be used again.
