Not possible to give zero stars. But if you like answer phones use them. One of the worst solicitors I have come across. Impossible to get through and then you get fobbed off. No idea on customer service
I was very disappointed with the service I received, and was made to feel that my issue was considered petty or insignificant. Given the workload could not have been simpler the fee feels extortionate. Even after I left my feedback, via email, concerning my disappointment, I was not deemed worthy of a reply. If you are looking for reassurance alongside guidance in such matters I would suggest you look elsewhere
