I cannot fault the service provided by Penman Sedgwick, in particular, David Claydon. I found myself in a situation where Watford Council wanted to prosecute me under the road traffic act regarding disabled badge use. I met up with David who attended a meeting at the Council offices followed by a further court hearing. On both occasions, I found that David was extremely knowledgeable and confident in dealing with the situation. He advised me in a very pragmatic way and managed all my expectations at every stage. We had the court hearing today and given the circumstances they were prosecuting me for, we agreed a guilty plea. Visited on 2 occasions for simple witnessing the signature. As the document was in 2 languages they refused to provide the service. It's only 10 so maybe not worth it? It wasn't a problem to other solicitors. The solicitor I saw could never win the smile of the day competition either. Avoid!
