Insanely abnoxious Indian staff members.
even one star is being generous. was in there a while ago and there was a fault with parcel/money that they were entirely responsible for. nobody apologised, in fact they decided they would blame me for the problem and absolve all responsibility. they are incredibly rude and unhelpful, with the worst customer service i have seen in a long time, even at the front desk which is open for post office duty before the main post office opens at 9am. i suggest people use the other post office in WH Smith if need be, as they at least seem to have had some training in how to speak to people
Important documents never arrived at destination, do not use this post office, items constantly going missing, avoid at all costs! This never happened years ago what the hell is going on!!! Should have a 'NO' star option!!!
Four packages sent as recorded delivery two second class and the other two first class. Only one item arrived the other 3 went missing. No tracking information and Royal Mail claimed they never left the building. Noticed the staff who sell the drinks and sweets hanging around the parcels and going through them as they are dumped all over the floor. Local businesses in the area also have stopped using this post office due to numerous items been stolen. I agree with other reviews staff are rude and become very angry with customers. This branch are a bunch of thieves use the WH Smith branch in the shopping centre.
This post office is the worst example of a post office ever possible.They Lost my very important package of special delivery that had my original passports and university degrees because of their lack of knowledge/trained staff and possibly they sold the passports.Never use this post office with your important documents.They never sent the package to the sorting office because the postman wont know as he signs for the whole bag full of packages and not individual packages.
