I bought a pair of shoes. Specifically asked if I could return. Told yes no problem within 28 days as not in sale. Tried to return the following week.Manager was rude and refused refund and would only give me credit note. Very disappointed. I needed to have inserts put in which was why I may have needed to return. The manager wasn't having any of it. None of the other shoes I tried fitted and didn't do larger size. So now have to spend again at a different company

I have been taking my elderly father to this shop for years as he has problems with his feet and they always provide a good, professional service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shoes are good too, and I often end up buying a pair while I'm waiting for him!! They are always good quality and stylish. I have bought boots, fit flops, sandals and slippers. I would definitely recommend this shop.
