Appalling service today. Whilst waiting for shoes to try on. Manager spoke to his team by radio on shop floor for all customers to hear. He mentioned that if he saw his staff chatting when he got down stairs he would be really p****d off with them. A child was in the shop trying shoes on. Do you think that is showing a good example and good customer service. I was absolutely appalled by this as this is not a cheap shop. I was made to wait a very long time only to be told they hadnt got my size. Actually they had none of the shoe on display in stock. My first question is why show it on display if its not available. Well sketchers. You have lost my custom.
Expensive but still my favourite shoes brand
Friendly staff. Very helpful and got all the shoes that I wanted out of the back very quickly.
