Useless been trying to contact for days left messages. Very bad service. Shame as other branches of budget have always been good.
This company is a scam. I prebooked a car, and they didn't give it to me because the proof of address was not valid, and I showed them bills and even the contract for my house! I went straight to Europcar and I had no problems to hire there.They told me that they would refund me straight away, and 20 days later I still don't have my money back. I might have to go legal with them.Useless company, they take your money and without explanation they don't give you the car and you can't do anything...

Only good thing was the van company is a shambles
Do not get a van from budget because you will be more likely to damage the van upon return, it cost me 600! The same thing happened to another driver as well I have attached photos of the height restriction and poor access to to entrance.
