Great service, cars are new, unfortunately some of the vehicles are scratched slightly as to be expected from the level of use. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Rented two cars an insignia and an astra. Good experience, low price. Will use again. Highly recommended

I was really impressed with Europcar initially until they recharged me for a months rental when I had paid upfront for the 2 month rental before collecting the vehicle. Everyone I speak to just tells me that there is an investigation happening and someone will come back to me. I call to speak to a manager and a manager is not available to take my call, apparently I have to wait to get my money back which they took off a card I paid deposit on without my consent or knowledge.Very disappointed in the service and assistance from anyone regarding this.
