AVOID! Do not use their eBay collection service unless you want to utterly waste a couple of days of your life.Turned up to collect at notified time but told by staff on the desk my 2 packages were "still in transit" and hadn't arrived.Parcelforce revealed the truth was Argos had earlier refused to accept delivery "because they were over 90cm". (They were 110cm 15 15) - hardly unwieldy. Fobbed off left right and centre by call centre and store. Their helpful solution was to blame the seller for not knowing their recently imposed barmy rules.Why allow service to be offered that is knowingly doomed never to be fulfilled? I look forward to Argos teaming up with Woolworths & BHS ASAP.
Ive been calling all morning and nobody picks up the store phone on option #4! I dont believe this place is that busy between 9am to 10:45 am surely?? Remove the number from website if its not going to be used!
