Excellent selection and quality of goods with realistic pricing. Extremely helpful staff, hands on managers who even carried my purchases to car! 3rd time shopping and it won't be my last. Abysmal from start to finish; a lack of communication, then being told no stock at all but offered the smaller size; if I've offer the XL what use is a smaller size going to be?!Complete and utter farce and disgusting lack of apology, just an email to say that they are out of stock.DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A DECENT SERVICE
Got to say from beginning to end Salveo is a professional company - rang to check stock & confirmed quickly actual amount held so wouldn't be disappointed if ordered and didn't have enough: excellent!Delivery was superb as they use DPD Couriers who give you a 1 hour time slot on the delivery day and let you track where the driver actually is so professional again by using the best couriers out there.Rang on the day of delivery as small problem which they resolved and rang me back to confirm.Now that's how you do business and guarantee return custom: keep it up (& no I don't work for them!!!)
