A nice large store which you can access from both the high street & inside the shopping centre, the food court is without saying five star, navigating around the clothing department can be a maze and the menswear department could be more inspiring if you find your way out
The food court is yummy as always albeit a little on the pricey side. Clothes are good and last well.

Was lured into applying for a store card on the promise of 45 worth of vouchers and that it would only take 5mins. I wasn't really interested in having yet another card but thought it worth it for the vouchers. Half an hour later I finally got through, only to have the application rejected. Not impressed.Furthermore I've always bought my underwear in M&S, but found the quality has now fallen to such a poor standard I will have to look elsewhere.
Christmas order messed up!We have always ordered our Christmas food from M&S with no issues! Last Christmas 2017 was perfect, you went in at the time slot selected and collected your order which was waiting for you within five minutes! Perfect! However, Christmas 2018 they had completely changed their system......god only knows why.Walked in at our time slot and were meet with a queue that didn't seem to be moving. It seems that orders were not ready to collect straight away this year,but instead they were being picked by members of staff straight from the shop floor. Now I'm not being funny but what's the point of doing a click and collect order online expecting it to be ready and waiting for you, if you actually have to wait over and hour to get some to find your order scattered around the store and have someone bring them to you! DEFEATS THE OBJECTIVE!! Not only that one item, the Brandy butter was missing..... Not out of stock just they couldn't find it! Oh well!Thought I'd share my experience as M&S charge a lot of money for there Christmas range and this year was a huge disappointment in terms of service! The food however was 5* as usualNext year we will give Waitrose a go
