Found the reception staff very helpful, and discreet, unlike my experiences in other GPs.Both doctors are very knowledgeable, and actually seem to care about their patients.I am very lucky to be a patient here
Recently rennovated and have employed new reception staff who are actively hostile. Refused to prioritize my 4 month old son with severe brain damage when he stopped feeding and had a hacking cough. The receptionists (not even the Dr) even went so far as to question the diagnosis of brain damage (verified by multiple consultants and MRIs). When I pointed out that he is a smal baby and also has additional needs I was accused of being rude. Complaint made to surgery and CCG. We will see how well they deal with it. But, regardless, they are extremely rude. Avoid at all costs. Will be moving surgery urgently. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Dr Ahmad is an excellent doctor. You can see he really cares about the patients. He is very friendly and polite.I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen.
Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! was told that the doctor was going to call regarding a very urgent matter!called them 3 times and they were reassuring me the doctor was going to call but he didn't! And it was about my babies who are 5 months old :( Will be changing to a different surgery
It used to be amazing but now they will try and pass your problems on to someone else, as well as make an 18 year old pay for a prescription through boots because they were unable to offer an appointment within reasonable time. Receptionists arent the most welcoming either.
