An unsuccessful experience I have always had here. I was never happy with the services I received. Every time we asked for a schedule, I was delayed a lot.
Left the surgery as they wouldn't provide me with a flu jab even though my husband was about to start chemo and radiotherapy. My husband was advised to get some lactulose whilst having radiotherapy, I went to the surgery and was told I could get him a telephone appointment to request some in 6 weeks! Bought lactulose next door!
I've been with this surgery since 1978. They have been amazing over the years and quick thinking at one point saved my life. The new centre is lovely and I've had nothing but great serviceSure there have been hiccups when new systems are introduced and human beings make mistakes, some tragic ones too, but what are your expectations? Some people want the world for no effort, think they come first whatever and treat staff like servants!! I've seen medical services in other countries, start being grateful please.
