I rang up at 3.50pm after having the flu for 3 days and which had developed an horrific phlegm filled cough. I expected to be maybe told to call back the next day to get an appointment. Instead the very friendly lady on the phone told me I could come in at 4.20, just 30 mins later. I was so thankful as I've never felt so bad in my life. I've had consistently good service with this doctors and have been a patient with them for almost 30 years.

Pros- Drs are generally polite, hard working and reasonable having taken good care of me over the years. The online repeat prescription service is generally good. You can get a blood pressure and heart rate check easily and for free.Cons - generally the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. This surgery is massively overstretched with really limited appointment availability. (I recently was told there were zero appointments available at any time for over 2 months). Cleanliness is generally quite poor.
Very rude lady answered. I ask for a non urgent appointment with any doctor, in the next few weeks. I was told the only appointment was this afternoon. When I said I couldnt make that one I was told there were no more appointments available. Is that ever I wonder? Bad service.
Really bad service ! I have been registered with The Callow land Surgery for over a year now,I have tried to book an appointment on five separate occasions however I get the same answer every single time. NO APPOINTMENTS ! I am in severe pain and will now have to go to A&E an wait for hours, it is simply a joke i have not even had a check up appointment to meet my GP since I registered with the surgery.I will be getting in touch with the reliant authorities and regulators to find out why this surgery is incapable of providing a proper service to the public. Further more i will make a petition to get the place closed down if it does not up it's game in the near future. . .To be continued
