Seem interested in selling Scotchgard and teflon feet for sofas. Wouldn't use again.
Avoid the Watford store at all costs. I paid cash for my sofa with all the extras and they delivered a broken foot stall and missing bits to the order but still charged me. When I rang up to complain and ask for my money back a rude member of staff called Vanessa said and I quote " I don't care if you paid in penny sweets" as I told her I paid alot of money for sofa in cash and cannot believe I would be sent a broken foot stall and paid for extras that didn't come. I didn't get anywhere with store and had to call headoffice. After 14 days, I eventually got half of the refund and had to ring up again for the other bit. Terrible customer service, rude staff. I will never buy here again.

The 1 star is for the quality of the sofa. Customer service is abysmal. Pushy sales assistant trying to sell me addition extras that I had said no to. Pushed and pushed but of course I still said no. If that had of been an elderly lady she would have caved to his pressure. My move in date has also been moved back many weeks and they were very unhelpful when it came to me asking them to hold them for me until I moved. They threatened to sell them if I didnt take delivery.
