On purchasing my bed I clearly explained that access to my house was restricted. A smaller vehicle was requested and noted on my details. I spoke with Milton Keynes despatch and advised AGAIN about delivery restrictions and requirements for a smaller vehicle. When I was called before delivery I was told it is on a large delivery vehicle. Although delivery men were very helpful and polite they could not access our house because of the vehicle and my husband and I assisted in carrying the delivery up the lane. Needless to say the vehicle could not park and therefore my bed has not been put together. Very frustrated that my instructions were not respected.
We had been to a few furniture stores, however we found the range and value for money available at Furniture Village were by far the best. Our sales person Paul was excellent and we felt genuinely looked after. We would certainly go back to see Paul to buy some additional items for our home.
