Not great customer service.
They took a bit of time to acknowledge us. We had to wait for good 10 mins however was well impressed the way they helped us out. They know their stuff and people are well trained.

Bought a bed + mattress here which have been superb so far. The shop assistants were there to help and weren't too pushy, which I love.
A better experience than I had expected. Only popped in for a check on what mattresses they had for a future purchase and was pleased with the helpfulness & knowledge shown by the sales people without being pushy. Some competitive prices.
