I went to have my necklace repaired in dec 2018 and they said it will be ready by jan 8, 2019. Wasn't able to pick up the necklace on that day as I was busy. After a week, january 15 or 16, I called them just to ask about the necklace supposed to be just to inform them that i will pick it up around tuesday, january 22, but the man told me that i have to pay 39 so i said that i have paid for the insurance and it is a premium coverage and his colleague should have told me that i need to pay that amount when i had it repaired in the 1st place so he said he will check again and he said he will call me back. I haven't received a call or text on that day so i called them the next day only to learn that it cannot be repaired this time talking to a lady so it needs to be replaced. So i said i will go pick it up sunday, january 27 and she said yes. When i went this morning, they told me that the original wasn't there yet so they cannot replace it. What a bad experience. Do u call that a good customer service? It's been a month and a half already and if I didn't call they will not give attention to it. This is such a bad experience and so depressing.
Brought a ring and other jewellery. Very good customer service. Helped me out a lot with the ring being resized. Thank you. I would recommend buying from EJ. remember you only get 30 days after buying to get the ring resized though (I didn't know this)
The staff members were very welcoming and trying to help us as much as possible. We were served by a lady and she offered us tips on cleaning the jewellery as well. Nice experience every time.
