The ladies in store where very helpfull and cheery. The only reason for a drop in star is the way you go about getting served. The argos style wait for your name to be called kind of thing. Having said this I left with what I had been looking for all over North London having received very friendly service.

CALLED A THIEFMy friends and I visited the Watford branch 22nd September 2018 as we were on a girly weekend for a friends birthday.When we entered the shop no other customers were inside or being served, I asked to view a bracelet which had a blue stone on the front. After giving back the bracelet I then rolled up my sleeve to compare the bracelet that they had in the cabinet with the one that I had previously purchased in Barking about a year ago.I then left the store and was waiting outside for the three of my friends that were still looking, at this point the manager came over and asked me if I had the bracelet that her colleague had shown me inside; she stated that it might have fallen in my bag by mistake "as this sometimes happens" at first I thought oh my god I didn't give her back the bracelet and after a few second of getting over the shocked of being accused of stealing; I realised that I did hand back the bracelet; by this time her lying colleagues told her oh no its not the blue one that's missing its the one she has on her wrist............................she continued with her lying that she had the exact bangle on the counter and when she turned around it had gone....................a complete and utter lie.I then asked her how could this be the case when none of us had asked to see the bangle and when we entered the shop on one was inside; it was at this point that I took my bangle off and showed it to her colleagues, you could clearly see that my bangle was worn had a few dents in and some of the rubbish crystal had already fallen out. It was only then that she tried to apologies, but still tried keeping to her story to her colleagues that she turned around and the bangle was gone.I know that she saw the bangle on my wrist and thought oh my god she's stolen the bangle and I know I'll be the hero and make up a story as to how she stole it..................(because there was no way that I did a disappearing act and went behind the counter and she knew no one has asked to see it) I've never been so humiliated in my life. Believe me if I was ever going to steal something it would be from a decent jewellers like Tiffany's, not some second-rate; no manner, no training, no customer service; cheap tat shop.DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE - JUST READ THE REVIEWS IT SAYS IT ALL
