I brought my daughter a ring from Watford Pandora at the beginning of October this year, for her birthday and it was too big for her. The shop assistant said she could not order her size in specially and she would have to wait until they came in on the orders in her size. I was not happy but they said they would hopefully call us soon. We are now almost at the end of December and despite me visiting the shop 3 times, we have still not managed to get the correct size ring. My last visit, i stressed my disappointment and asked for the money to be put onto a gift receipt so i could go to another store or purchase it online (as they have them in stock on line) but I was told they could not do that as we only had the gift receipt not the original!!!!! That is what gift receipts are for isnt it??any suggestions anyone?
