Receptionist Jaqueline in Watford was a belligerent nincompoop who asked me for my personal data. Greta the assistant office "manager" was just your garden variety lowclass peasant with an arrogant attitude.Unprofessional ignoramuses!Lawyer Mandeep cannot keep his eyes focussed on his client as he plays with his paperwork and answers phone calls.I was quite surprised noone was clipping their toenails on their desk...Local yokels!Unprofessional all around at first and second impression. One must act in a professional manner at all times with prospective and actual clients. Do not compromise your standards. Go with a lawfirm recommended by people whom you trust. Zero customer service. Caveat emptor!
I cannot rate this firm highly enough. Mark Swann was professional, empathic and at nearly the last minute saved a vulnerable person from eviction. He accessed a top quality barrister amost over night and was so professional. I would recommend him for housing advice.
VERY RUDE, VERY BAD SERVICE. Mr Stancharchill told me to hire a private investigator even though they where aware that, I am entitled to legal aid. Lazy firm, just want easy jobs to make money of us, quick to fob you off, if its not a clear cut case.
