Wow what can I say about the Watford Brown and Merry team. Made on offer on a house which got accepted. They told us they would take the house off the market and stop any more viewings. In actual fact they carried on with further viewings under our noses. I had my sister confirm this as they managed to book a viewing. When I confronted them they made up lies. Surprise surprise they sold the house to someone else.If they can lie to potential buyers they can lie to sellers. Definitely stay away from this company. Bunch of cowboys running this agent. Dealt with Sean and Rayhan. If you have to deal with these guys good luck!

Rob Miller was fantastic throughout the whole experience, staying late one night to help, answering any questions promptly and helping with any issues that came up efficiently. When Rob was out of the office, Nadya took over and kept me in the loop. I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service was second to none.
