I am close to completing on my property purchase and tavern been very impressed with the service I have received so far. Sue Clark showed me the property and was very professional and enthusiastic and has been my go to person for any queries I have. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to either sell or buy from a local independent agent who are honest, approachable and knowledgeable.....Dave

Professional service until you rent the property, after that time you arealone, no help at all with problems, equipment in the flat, deposit or anything. The agreement states one thing, reality is completely different story. Due to that I lost nearly a 1000.

Very inflexible and not helpful at all. Other than showing you houses and sending you the documentation they are useless

Absolutely fantastic and professional service. I found that my time with Harry Charles to be a very pleasurable experience, all of my transitions were handled in a swift professional way. I have to mention Nicky and Binnie in particular who were outstanding in dealing with my requests and queries, a true pleasure to work with. All of the staff that I had dealings with were very efficient and experienced. A++ Highly recommended.
