if u want to renting a property don't go there, they will steal all your deposit and give you silly excuses. Even I paid 450 pound extra for professional cleaning they took my all money. I renting this property for 18 months never a single payment delay. 1850 pound they steal.

Alan and his team are brilliant. We recently sold our flat with them, after having previously listed it with a more corporate local agency. I am SO happy we switched I really felt I could trust Alan. He treated me with respect and talked honestly with me throughout every stage of the sale (which he got us after a couple of weeks, compared with several months with the other agency). These things might sound obvious, but are really not the norm in my experience. I recommend anyone who wants to sell their house with minimal stress and nonsense to choose signature estates.
