Sadly Not a company to be trusted after theyve taken your deposit money. We ordered in August, promised a delivery at the end of October. No communication no responses to numerous phone calls and the item is meant to be it now available in December and still hasnt been delivered. Simply shoddy on so many levels.

Order @ Natuzzi at your own peril. Ordered grey suite via Ricky in Watford waited three months and navy suite delivered.Ricky promised to sort but did nothing. David who apparently the complaints manager is unhelpful, dismissive and has appalling customer service skills. Still trying to resolve but only wish I read reviews which are really poor before I ordered. Due to poor customer service which I bought from more reputable consumer focused company like John Lewis.
Gave us a good price and we paid the deposit. Then we wanted to make a change to the order and they escalated the price enormously and refused to refund our deposit. Just a nasty way to treat people. A good product but unfortunately to be avoided.
