AWFUL customer services, by far one of the WORST Vauxhall dealers I've been to. They damaged my keys and cracked the windscreen and then refused to take any responsibility. To add salt to my wound they then also accused me of doing it! After hours of arguing they finally agreed to book it in for a replacement key but refused to change the windscreen. Would strongly advise anyone that's handing their car in to take photos before incase they damage your car like they did mine.
Poor service department! Waited 2 1/2 weeks to get my car booked in for a service,booked my car in and clearly stated that I need the brakes doing as well as the service, I was quoted 199 for the 160000 service,when I dropped the car off at 7.45am I asked when the second cam belt was dew and was told now!!,makes me believe that they would have just done the normal service and let me drive away without the cam belt being done! I was called at 13.00 and told that the brake indeed needing doing but they wouldnt have the time to do them today,quite poor considering the time Ive waited to get the car booked in and having to book a day off work too anyway if they cant they cant so be it! But only 1 hour later I get a call to say the car is done and ready for collection.im stumped 3 1/2 hours still left in the day and they cant do the job Ive asked so now Ive got to book another day off work wait another 2weeks and drive a car thats only got 5 % brakes left!
